Refund policy

• Earrings are final sale. 
  
  
• I do not accept returns or exchanges. Once your package arrives or has been delivered, please inspect your order for any major damages or defective pieces and contact me immediately if you received a damaged product, that way we are able to resolve the issue immediately.
  
  
• If your earrings break within 14 days of after receiving them, please contact me immediately via Instagram @_kay.makes 
• You will get a replacement. (varying on supplies on hand.) and or store credit. 
  
• Reminder, all products are handmade and no piece will look identical to each other. All pieces are handcrafted and take a minimum of 3 hours to bake depending on piece.
  
  
• Items are delicate pieces of art. Please handle with care.
